Deadlines for inclusion in the Bulletin: Tuesday,August 3rd by 11am .

Eucharistic Chapel of Mary, Mother of The Divine Mercy. Our parish is very blessed to be able to be with Jesus at anytime. The chapel in the Parish Centre is unlocked weekdays from 9am to 4pm. Please use the entrance code outside of this time. If you would like to become a scheduled adorer please call a chapel coordinator at 613-392-8898/1509/1069. Available hours: Wed., 1-2, 3-4, & 7-8pm and Thurs., 12-1pm.

Summer Schedules: July 5 to August 23:The Adoration Chapel will be unlocked 9am to 12noon. Entrance code needed at other times.  Sunday Bulletins: Each bulletin is for a two week period over the summer. Please have all bulletin announcements into the Parish Centre by 11am on Tuesdays, Aug. 3 & 17.

Summer Office Hours until August 23, Office Hours will be from 9am – 12noon.

July 24 & 25 (Sat. & Sun.) all Masses, Food Bank Donations, please donate nonperishable food to help support our local Food Bank. Thank you helping your neighbour in need.

August 2 (Mon.) Civic Holiday, the office will be closed.

August 4 (Wed.) Fr. Tim Harrison 20th Anniversary of  Ordination.

August 6 & 7 (Sat. & Sun.) all Masses, St. Peter’s 4th Annual Golf Tournament Sign up, Church foyer. Roundel Glen (CFB, Trenton) Registration 12-1pm. 18 hols with power cart, best ball four person format, shotgun start, 1pm. Prizes for everyone. Golf & BBQ $70; golf only $45; BBQ only $25; make cheques payable to St. Peter’s Church (includes HST and gratuities), due at sign up.

August 7 (Sat.) 5:30pm, Knights of Columbus Annual Corn Boil, Bob & Kathy Forder’s, 190 Old Carrying Place Rd., Carrying Place.  Bring your own chairs and appetite. Info, Wade (613-394-2387).

September 11 (Sat.) Knights of Columbus Annual Yard Sale. We are looking for donations of quality items for this sale, such as small appliances, dishes, toys, tools, odds-n-ends, etc. Articles can be dropped off at the K o C Hall, 57 Stella Cres. any time from now until the sale or contact Germain (613-394-0275) to arrange for pick up.

September 12 (Sun.) Catholic Women’s League will be hosting the CWL Regional Meeting, details to follow.

September 16 (Thurs.) Catholic Women’s League Tea for the Alzheimer Society, Parish Centre.

September 17 – 19 (Fri. – Sun.) Catholic Women’s Fall Retreat, Glen House Resort, east of Gananoque, ON. Theme: “Just Ask”, will be combination of inspiration and relaxation. Facilator, Anne Walsh is a gifted presenter, musician and storyteller and is also Director of Adult Faith Formation for the Archdiocese of St. John’s Nfld. October 30 (Sat.) Catholic Women’s League Bazaar, K of C Hall. We will be aksing for donations of knitted goods, sewing, baking and other items. Please start knitting and sewing now to make the Bazaar successful as the money raised from this project goes back to the community and Parish.
